I was playing Half Life Alyx today and i noticed that the usage of my CPU and GPU was horrible. My GPU was sitting at about 70% the whole time while my CPU was chilling with only about 40-50% usage. When i boot up the game it tells me that my GPU memory is low, but i have a 2080ti, there is not really anything more than that. The contract goes into effect 5 years later once the Combine Advisors come to kill Eli. Chronologically: ALyx Saves G-Man and is then returned to her life, promised the survival of her father in exchange for future employment. HL2 Happens. HL2E2: The Combine Grubs come to kill Eli Vance. G-Man saves Eli in exchange for being saved. I had a Vive for 4 years and now have an Index. I don't care about the in game graphics settings as much as refresh rate and ss%. The little differences in shadows and lighting don't matter that much in my opinion, but if you go from 100% to 200% scaling, the detail clarity is leaps and bounds higher.
