Okay, you just have to make sure you install disc 2 first with all of the DLC. I can't believe I found a fix for the issue that I was having. I just bought oblivion and new Vegas on disc both ultimate editions with the dlc. New Vegas and FO3 work fine for me on Win10 without mods. I use a Win 10 gaming laptop and it works fairly well. It locks up or crashes occasionally though. Works for me, though I ultimately needed to install the mod NVAC (New Vegas Anti-crash) and NVSE.
